Project
The project consists of 90 riverfront plots in an area of priceless natural wealth in the Aysén Region, Chilean Patagonia. Rios de Coyhaique has a total area of 812 hectares and its macro lots have extensions that cover from 5 to 20 hectares, each of these with native forests, access to abundant water, and one-of-a-kind flora and fauna in a unique ecosystem.
The project represents a unique opportunity to participate in the care of nature with little and conscious human intervention, taking advantage of an area with protected access and assured fresh water fed by rainfall and the natural melting of the Hudson glaciers.
